How do I create a recipe infographic?
Open Recipe Canvas and tap the create button. Type a recipe name or describe what you want to cook — for example, "make me a lasagna al forno" or "show me how to bake sourdough bread". The AI will generate a beautiful infographic for you.
How long does it take to generate an infographic?
Generation typically takes 10–30 seconds depending on the complexity of the recipe and your internet connection. More complex recipes with many steps may take slightly longer.
Are my infographics saved?
Yes — all your infographics are saved locally on your device. They appear in your collection where you can browse, group, and revisit them anytime. Your data stays on your device.
Can I delete an infographic?
Yes. Long-press any infographic in your collection to access options including delete.
Why does the generated infographic not look like what I expected?
AI generation can vary. Try being more specific in your description — include the dish name, cuisine style, or key ingredients. For example, "traditional Neapolitan pizza margherita" gives more precise results than just "pizza".
Does the app require an internet connection?
Yes — an internet connection is required to generate new infographics, as the AI runs in the cloud. Once generated, your infographics are saved locally and can be viewed offline.
Is Recipe Canvas free?
Recipe Canvas is free to download and use. Some features or usage limits may apply depending on the current version.
Which devices are supported?
Recipe Canvas is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later.
